Good Afternoon CSC Affiliates,
First, we have an important update to your required action in the red text below. You must add a Select... as the first list option in the new Sexual Orientation Attribute. This list option must be mapped as instructed below.

The following must be completed by an admin user before you can track the new required data requested by CSC Headquarters. Please connect as a staff to determine who will be completing this action.
The new attribute for Sexual Orientation must be added to your system and mapped for ADAPT.
STEP 1
Add the new attribute to your Member/Participant Information tab for Sexual Orientation. This will be a List of Options (single-select). The list values to add are below. Please ensure that both the display name and alias name are entered using the values below:
- Select... (Display Name: Select... ; Alias Name: [leave blank]
- Bisexual
- Gay
- Lesbian
- Straight
- Other
Click Save to keep these additions but stay on the Attribute Management screen.
STEP 2
Complete the Attribute Token mappings:
- Select the attribute line on the left.
- On the right under Attribute Tokens, use the dropdown to drill down to select the corresponding value for the selected attribute line as detailed below:
- Sexual Orientation line must be mapped to the [Any Orientation] token.
- Select... list value should not be mapped to any token.
- The remaining 5 list values must be mapped to their appropriate token.
- Click Save & Close to apply the new attributes with mappings to your system.
